It As A Guide Itas a guide It life exercises recipes tips tricks and Carrie is a pretty simple person as it seems in this book so recipes are minimal with time and ingredients which I LOVEI love to exercise but I don t do the best with written instructions so I REALLY REALLY wish that Carrie had a video series to go along with all of her exercises that she shares so that we could see the exercises too That would be most helpful Very inspiring beautiful pictures and full of practical advice on how to take better care of your body I don t think Carrie s approach to health and fitness would be everyone s cup of tea she is very disciplined but I m already noticing benefits from taking a few leaves out of her book TRIGGER WARNING I skimmed over this book it was a lot of guided workouts recipes which was expected But I thought I was going to get out of it I didn t I love Carrie as a person however the whole time I was reading all I ept thinking was disordered thinking It was very sad Constant tracking weighing calorie counting and not mentioning anything about how mentally wrong it is rubbed me the wrong way For people reading this she made it seem normal It s not Another reason I did not like this book was because of her lifestyle I choose the book because before she was a famous celebrity she grew up humbly I thought her before life would make her wholesome Nope lol I get it though If I was in her shoes I would do the same thing but it s just not realistic for the average person One chapter she shows her mobile gym its literally a gym on wheels and said You don t need a mobile gym to stay fit on the road
